The MIT Museum Studio is a space that connects MIT education to the visiting public through leading-edge museum practice. Housed in the Compton Gallery, at the heart of the MIT campus, the MIT Museum Studio engages students at the forefront of museum innovation to explore and innovate technologies as vehicles of expression and communication. Students from a range of disciplines develop experimental exhibitions, synthesizing art, design, science and engineering through the content, means and methods they employ.

The Studio represents connections, between people and ideas and between art and technology.
